Is food included?

Our food packages are an excellent addition to any event you plan! They are however separate from the actual event itself and must be added on your booking form. We offer a variety of unique options for brunch, charcuterie boards, and desserts. Custom food requests are welcome. Please make us aware of any dietary needs 

What can you expect when you book with us? 

After submitting your request, you can expect to hear back from us within 24-48 hours. We may ask some follow-up questions, and then will provide you a quote for your event package. We would love to know anything you think would help us create the experience you are envisioning for your event

Where do you set up?

Some options of sites are: Timpanogos Park (Provo Canyon), Nielsons Grove Park (Orem), Paul Ream Wilderness Park (Provo), Jolley's Ranch Park (Springville), Dry Creek Park (Lehi) & Midway City Park (add 35$). For any other location, include the address on your form to book and we will include the travel fee if applicable in the quote 

What's included?

The basic booking includes set up and take down of your private event in the theme of your choice at your chosen location with a personalized sign and drinks. The event duration is up to 2 hours. Food & special event packages, as mentioned above, are selected and added separately 

What's your booking policy?

To secure your date and book your event, we require a 50% nonrefundable payment initially. Events must be booked at least one week in advance. 
In case of inclement weather for outdoor events, you may choose to reschedule or move your event indoors.
